At present,it is difficult to form effective closed loop management for the hazard investigation of production and operation enterprises,and the classification and statistics of hazards are difficult.A digital platform for hidden trouble shooting is designed.The platform organically combines the digital system with the hidden danger elimination and governance,provides hidden danger data acquisition and storage module,hidden danger management module,analysis and processing module and comprehensive display module.It can carry out the identification and management of hidden danger sources,hidden danger analysis and classification,hidden danger treatment and other intelligent analysis and processing work.Statistics and analysis of hidden danger data of different dimensions can be carried out,so as to understand the distribution of hidden dangers,types of hidden dangers and rectification progress,providing an important basis for formulating accurate rectification schemes and optimizing the hidden danger elimination process.The platform is equipped with mobile and computer interface,which can easily complete the hidden danger elimination and rectification work,effectively realize the closed-loop management of hidden danger elimination,ensure the proper treatment of hidden dangers,and further reduce the production safety risks.The platform realizes the intellectualization,informatization and networking of hidden danger elimination work,improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the elimination work,assists the production and operation units to optimize the hidden danger elimination process,improves the enterprise safety production management level,and ensures the safety of employees.
