摘要
为解决传统沥青面层摊铺过程中摊铺平整度、厚度及坡度不满足技术要求等问题,通过引入3D摊铺智能控制技术,不仅使沥青面层摊铺后的平整度、厚度及坡度得到了精准控制,同时也节约了施工成本。结合工程实例,简要介绍了3D摊铺技术原理,通过分析工程检测数据,结果表明:与传统路面摊铺技术相比,3D摊铺智能控制技术的运用使沥青路面平整度合格率达到90%以上、压实面横坡度波动范围较小、路面厚度偏差处于8%设计厚度之内,解决了传统施工摊铺过程中高程控制精度不良及面层平整度提升效果不明显问题,可在后续高等级沥青路面摊铺施工中继续推广。
In order to solve the problems of insufficient flatness,thickness,and slope in the traditional asphalt sur-face paving process,the introduction of 3D paving intelligent control technology not only enables precise control of the smoothness,thickness,and slope of asphalt surface layer paving,but also saves construction costs.This paper briefly introduces the principle of 3D paving technology based on engineering examples.Through analyzing engi-neering inspection data,the results show that compared with traditional pavement paving technologies,the applica-tion of 3D paving intelligent control technology has achieved a pass rate of over 90%for asphalt pavement smooth-ness,a small fluctuation range of compaction surface cross slope,and a pavement thickness deviation within 8%of the design thickness.It solves the problems of poor elevation control accuracy and unclear improvement effect of surface smoothness in traditional construction paving process,and can be further promoted in subsequent high-grade asphalt pavement paving construction.
