大型医疗建筑绿色施工技术探讨

摘要 随着我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展,大型医疗建筑项目日益增多。然而,医疗建筑施工过程中存在资源能源消耗大、建筑废弃物污染严重等问题,亟须采用绿色施工技术加以解决。重点介绍了预制装配式建筑技术、建筑废弃物循环利用技术、太阳能光伏发电技术、地下水综合利用技术以及绿色施工管理技术等几种大型医疗建筑的绿色施工技术,并以福建省立医院金山院区二期工程为例,说明了这些技术的应用效果,旨在为相关工作人员提供借鉴参考。 With the rapid development of China's medical and health services,large medical construction projects are increasing day by day.However,there are some problems in the construction of medical buildings,such as high consumption of resources and energy and serious pollution of construction waste,which need to be solved by green construction technology.This paper mainly introduces several green construction technologies for large medical buildings,such as prefabricated building technology,construction waste recycling technology,solar photovoltaic power generation technology,groundwater comprehensive utilization technology and green construction manage-ment technology,and illustrates the application effect of these technologies by taking the Phase II Jinshan Hospital in Fujian Province as an example,aiming to provide reference for the relevant staff.
