摘要
汽轮机是火力发电厂的核心设备之一,该设备在使用过程中可能出现包括油系统故障在内的各类故障,影响火力发电厂的日常工作,需要加以控制。以火力发电厂汽轮机油系统常见故障及其原因为切入点,研究防控方法,对采用智能预防机制、重视防控针对性、加强油系统结构设计、组织油系统工作数据复用研究等措施进行分析,以服务火电发电厂的后续生产活动。
A steam turbine is one of the core equipment in thermal power plants.During its use,various faults may occur,including oil system faults,which affect the daily work of thermal power plants and need to be controlled.This article takes the common faults and causes of the turbine oil system in thermal power plants as the starting point,and based on this,it studies prevention and control methods.Measures such as adopting intelligent preven-tion mechanisms,emphasizing targeted prevention and control,strengthening oil system structure design,and orga-nizing research on oil system work data reuse are analyzed to serve the subsequent production activities of thermal power plants.
