面对越来越激烈的就业竞争,新就业形态为女大学生实现就业创业提供了新出路。新就业形态一方面为女大学生就业创业提供了机遇,有利于充分发挥女大学生的社会性别优势、降低就业创业成本、减少职业角色和家庭角色冲突、实现个人的最大价值;另一方面也给女大学生就业创业带来了挑战,需要面对激烈的竞争、经济的压力、技术技能的提升、社会保障的不足等问题。转变就业观念、锤炼坚强意志、积累经验、不断提升就业创业能力,是女大学生积极应对就业、创业的现实途径。

Faced with increasingly fierce employment competition,the new employment form provides a new way for female college students to achieve employment and entrepreneurship.On the one hand,the new employment form provides opportunities for female college students to engage in employment and entrepreneurship,which is conducive to fully leveraging their gender advantages,reducing employment and entrepreneurship costs,reducing conflicts between professional and family roles,and realizing personal maximum value.On the other hand,it also brings challenges to female college students’employment and entrepreneurship,which requires facing fierce competition,economic pressure,improvement of technical skills,and insufficient social security.Transforming employment concepts,tempering strong willpower,accumulating experience,and continuously improving employment and entrepreneurship abilities are practical ways for female college students to actively cope with entrepreneurship and employment.
