安徽省县域产业发展路径研究

Selection of Development Path for County Level Industries in Anhui Province

县域产业发展是推动地方经济和创造就业机会的关键。实现县域经济高质量发展,对安徽省推进整体经济发展、促进农民增收致富具有重要作用。因此,通过梳理安徽省县域产业发展现状,指出其县域产业发展存在“虹吸效应”弱、产业竞争力不强、产业集群发展和产业结构优化以及产业数字化转型等难题,并针对这些问题,从产业发展的过程规律角度出发,提出壮大特色优势产业,推动产业集群化、绿色化、数字化、品牌化发展,以及提前布局未来产业发展赛道等对策建议。

The development of county-level industries is the key to promoting local economy and creating employment opportunities.Realiz原ing high-quality development of county-level economy plays an important role in the overall economic development of Anhui and promoting the increase of farmers’income and wealth.This article reviews the current situation of the development of county-level industries in Anhui Province,pointing out that there are difficulties in the development of county-level industries,such as weak“siphon effect”,weak industrial competitiveness,industrial cluster development and industrial structure optimization,and digital transformation of industries.In response to these problems,from the perspective of the process and laws of industrial development,it proposes to strengthen characteristic advantageous industries,promote the development of industrial clustering,greening,digitization,and branding,And suggestions for strategies such as early layout of future industrial development tracks.
