水利工程是指利用水资源进行开发、管理和利用的工程。水资源是人类社会发展的重要自然资源,水利工程的发展与水资源利用现状密切相关。全球水资源总量有限,而人口的增长、经济的发展以及城市化进程的加速,对水资源的需求不断增加,这导致许多地区面临着水资源供需矛盾的紧张局面。其次,水资源污染和水环境破坏问题日益突出,给人类的生存环境和可持续发展带来了极大的压力。为了应对这些挑战,政府近些年不断增加对智慧水利的建设工作投入,旨在使用更加科学的手段促进水资源的可持续利用及有效监管,文章对智慧水利数据平台建设展开了一系列的讨论。

Water conservancy engincering refers to the cngincering of utilizing water resources for development,management,and utilization.Water resources are an important natural resource for the development of human society,the development of hydraulic engineering is closely related to the current situation of water resource utilization.The total amount of global water resources is limited,and with population growth,cconomic development,and accelerated urbanization,the demand for water resources continues to increase,leading to many regions facing a tense situation of water supply and demand contradiction.Secondly,water resource pollution and environmental damage are becoming increasingly prominent,bringing great pressure to the living environment and sustainable development of humanity.In order to address these challenges,the government has continuously incrcased investment in the construction of smart water conservancy in recent years,aiming to use more scicntific methods to promote the sustainable use and effective supervision of water resources.This article has launched a series of discussions on the construction of smart water conservancy data platforms.
