摘要
目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用绳带捆绑技术联合高压氧对下肢运动功能、氧化应激的影响。方法选取2022年9月至2023年8月赣州市人民医院收治的82例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)与试验组(41例),对照组采用高压氧治疗方法,试验组采用绳带捆绑技术联合高压氧治疗方法。比较两组患者的临床有效率、下肢运动功能、神经病变、神经传导速度、氧化应激水平。结果试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分高于对照组,多伦多临床评分系统评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组运动神经与感觉神经各项传导速度快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血尿酸水平高于对照组,总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绳带捆绑技术联合高压氧治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能够获得较好的效果,可以改善下肢运动功能和氧化应激水平,加快神经功能的快速恢复,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of rope binding technique combined with hyperbaric oxygen on lower extremity motor function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 82 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(41 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the experimental group was treated with rope binding technology combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The clinical effective rate,lower limb motor function,neuropathy,nerve conduction velocity and oxidative stress level were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fvgl-Meyer assessment scale score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,Toronto clinical scoring system score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The conduction velocity of motor nerve and sensory nerve in experimental group was faster than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum uric acid level of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the levels of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin were lower than those of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Rope binding technique combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can achieve better results,improve the lower extremity motor function and oxidative stress level,and accelerate the rapid recovery of nerve function,which is worth popularizing.
