柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤抗抑郁作用的研究进展

抑郁症是一种严重影响人们身心健康的重大心理疾病。现阶段主要以西医药物治疗,如氟西汀、舍曲林、帕罗西汀、氟伏沙明等,上述药物均为选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂,虽然可以暂时起到抗抑郁的作用,但是长期服用会引发一系列的不良反应,如焦躁不安、恶心呕吐和头晕头痛等等,长期疗效不稳定。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤取自张仲景《伤寒论·少阳篇》。原方主要成分是柴胡、龙骨、牡蛎、半夏、人参、黄芩、铅丹等。随着现代中医研究,将原方剂中的铅丹以磁石、赭石替代。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能够通过调控神经递质、中枢神经细胞功能及免疫状态,从而达到治疗抑郁的目的。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤具有疏理少阳气机,安神定志的作用。该方剂具有多靶点、多层面的抗抑郁效应。在抑郁症患者的临床治疗中,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤发挥了重要的效用。本文就柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤抗抑郁作用开展综述。

Depression is an important mental illness which seriously affects people's physical and mental health.Nowadays,it is mainly treated with Western medicine,such as Fluoxetine,Sertraline,Paroxetine,Fluvoxamine,etc.These drugs are selective 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors,although they can temporarily play the role of antidepressant,but the long-term use will lead to a series of adverse reactions,such as anxiety,nausea and vomiting,dizziness and headache,and so on,and the efficacy of long-term use is unstable.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction is taken from ZHANG Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Cold and Shaoyang.The main ingredients of the original recipe are bupleurum,keel,oyster,pinellia,ginseng,scutellaria,minium and so on.With the study of modern Chinese medicine,the minium in the original prescription was replaced by magnet and ochre.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction can regulate neurotransmitter,central nervous cell function and immune state,so as to achieve the purpose of treating depression.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction has the function of clearing Shaoyang qi and calming the mind.The prescription has multi-target and multifaceted antidepressant effect.In the clinical treatment of patients with depression,Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction has played an important role.This study reviewed the antidepressant effects of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.
