八段锦联合热敏灸对尿毒症血液透析患者睡眠质量、生活质量与疲乏程度的影响

Effect of Baduanjin combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on sleep quality, life quality and fatigue degree of uremic hemodialysis patients

目的研究八段锦联合热敏灸对尿毒症血液透析患者睡眠质量、生活质量与疲乏程度的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2023年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的80例尿毒症血液透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),观察组患者采用八段锦联合热敏灸,对照组患者采用常规护理方法。比较两组患者的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定量表-74(GQOLI-74)]、疲乏程度[Piper疲乏量表(RPFS)]。结果护理前,两组PSQI、GQOLI-74、RPFS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后的PSQI量表评分均低于对照组,GQOLI-74量表评分高于对照组,RPFS量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八段锦联合热敏灸可改善尿毒症血液透析患者睡眠情况,提高患者生活质量,减轻自身疲乏程度。

Objective To study the effect of Baduanjin combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on sleep quality,quality of life,and fatigue degree in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 80 uremic hemodialysis patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with Baduanjin combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep quality index[PSQI]),quality of life(generic quality of life inventory-74[GQOLI-74])and fatigue degree(revised Piper's fatigue scale[RPFS])of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in PSQI,GQOLI-74 and RPFS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The PSQI scale score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the GQOLI-74 scale score was higher than that of the control group,and the RPFS scale score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve the sleep of patients with uremia hemodialysis,improve the quality of life and reduce the degree of fatigue.
