中药熏蒸及推拿联合针灸治疗四肢骨折患者关节僵硬的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Massage Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Joint Stiffness in Patients with Limb Fracture

目的:探讨中药熏蒸及推拿联合针灸治疗四肢骨折患者关节僵硬的效果。方法:选取2021年2月-2023年8月山东健康集团新汶中心医院骨科收治的90例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,术后均伴有不同部位的关节僵硬,根据随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用中药熏蒸联合肢体功能锻炼治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用推拿联合针灸治疗,比较两组关节运动功能、关节活动度及疼痛程度。结果:治疗后,两组WOMAC肘关节评分及Garland-Werley腕关节功能评分均低于治疗前,且试验组评分均低于对照组,两组Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且试验组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组关节活动度均大于治疗前,且试验组大于对照组,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸及推拿联合针灸治疗四肢骨折患者关节僵硬效果显著,有利于关节功能恢复,增大关节活动度,缓解疼痛程度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on joint stiffness in patients with limb fracture.Methods:Ninety patients with limb fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Shandong Health Group Xinwen Central Hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were accompanied by joint stiffness in different parts after surgery.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with limb function exercise,and the experimental group was treated with massage combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The joint motor function,joint motion and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the WOMAC elbow joint score and Garland-Werley wrist joint function score in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the Lysholm knee joint function score in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint motion of both groups was greater than before treatment,and the test group was higher than the control group,and the pain score of both groups was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion are effective in the treatment of joint stiffness in patients with limb fracture,which is conducive to the recovery of joint function,increasing joint motion and relieving pain.
