基于筋骨平衡理论的温针灸联合运动康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Exercise Rehabilitation on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Sinew-Bone Balance Theory

目的:分析基于筋骨平衡理论的温针灸联合运动康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果。方法:选择2023年1-12月山东省泰安市中医医院收治的98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,研究组采用基于筋骨平衡理论的温针灸联合运动康复治疗,比较两组的中医证候积分及疼痛程度。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于筋骨平衡理论的温针灸联合运动康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,治疗效果较好,有助于降低患者的疼痛程度,改善其活动受限、关节僵硬、关节冷痛等中医证候积分,具有应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation on patients with knee osteoarthritis based on the sinew-bone balance theory.Methods:A total of 98 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis admitted to Tai’an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the study group received warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation treatment based on the sinew-bone balance theory.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual analogue of pain(VAS)score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the sinew-bone balance theory,warm acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good therapeutic effect,which can help to reduce the pain degree of patients and improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores such as movement limitation,joint stiffness and joint cold pain,and has application value.
