泛凋亡在癫痫的发病机制中的作用和潜在机制

Role and potential mechanisms of PANoptosis in the pathogenesis of epilepsy

摘要 泛凋亡是一种新型细胞死亡方式,具有细胞焦亡、凋亡和坏死性凋亡的特征,受泛凋亡体复合物调控。本文综述泛凋亡在癫痫发病机制中的重要性及其分子调控机制,分析其在海马神经元细胞死亡和神经炎症中的作用。泛凋亡在癫痫发作和进展中发挥关键作用,可调控泛凋亡体复合物和相关信号通路,与癫痫的发展密切相关。泛凋亡调控因子可作为癫痫治疗的潜在靶点,并提出未来研究方向,包括其在不同癫痫类型和阶段中的作用及治疗应用。 PANoptosis is a novel form of cell death characterized by features of pyroptosis,apoptosis and necroptosis,regulated by PANoptosome complex.This article reviews the importance and molecular regulatory mechanisms of PANoptosis in the pathogenesis of epilepsy,and analyzes its role in hippocampal neuronal cell death and neuroinflammation.PANoptosis plays a crucial role in the onset and progression of epilepsy,regulating PANoptosome complex and related signaling pathways,and is closely related to the development of epilepsy.PANoptosis regulatory factors can serve as potential targets for epilepsy treatment,and future research directions are proposed,including their roles and therapeutic applications in different types and stages of epilepsy.
