摘要
临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育是培养高层次临床医师的重要途径之一。目前采用的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生导师制存在硕士专业学位研究生规范管理难度较大、临床能力培养不足、科研能力普遍较差、教学能力难以保障及心理健康隐患较多等问题。鉴于临床医学硕士专业学位研究生具有相近的培养目标,参考近年来人才组团式帮扶工作模式,结合团队导师在医学教育等领域的实践经验,针对临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的管理,提出组团式导师制培养模式。在组团式导师制的框架下,构建小组培养教育体系,探讨组团式导师制的实践模式,从日常管理、临床培训、科教培养、心理疏导和导师素质等方面展开实效分析,研究其对培养临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的可行性,为医学研究生教育改革提供参考。
The education for postgraduates of professional master’s degree in clinical medicine is one of important ways to train high-level clinicians.At present,the mentorship system for postgraduates of master’s degree in clinical medicine has some problems,including difficulties in standardized management for postgraduates of master’s degree in clinical medicine,the lack of training in clinical ability,general insufficiency in scientific research ability,difficulties in ensuring teaching ability,and many hidden mental health risks,etc.Based on similar training goals for postgraduates of master’s degree in clinical medicine,referring to the talent team-assistance work model in recent years,combined with practical experiences of group mentors in the field of medical education,this paper proposes team-based mentorship system targeting to management of postgraduates of master’s degree in clinical medicine.Under the framework of team-based mentorship system,a team-based training education system is established.It is discussed for its practice modes,analyzed for its effects from daily management,clinical training,scientific and teaching cultivation,psychological counseling,mentor qualities,etc.,and explored for its feasibility on cultivating postgraduates of master’s degree in clinical medicine,so as to provide a reference for the reform of postgraduate medical education.
