摘要
目的:观察西药联合加减二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗肺部感染患者的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将肺部感染患者78例分为对照组和观察组两组,各39例。对照组给予常规的综合对症治疗;观察组在此基础上给予加减二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗,连续治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、炎性因子水平、不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组MVV、FEV1、FVC均提高,且观察组提高更显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组hs-CRP、IL-8、WBC水平均下降,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论:西药联合加减二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗肺部感染患者效果较佳,可降低炎症因子水平,促进肺功能的提升,改善临床症状,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of a combination of Western medicine,Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of 39 cases of pulmonary infection.Method According to the random number table method,78 patients with pulmonary infection were divided into 2 groups and 39 each.The control group was given comprehensive symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment(the same control group)+plus or minus Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for 1 week.Compare the clinical efficacy,lung function,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions between two groups.Total response rate compared with the control treatment,high in the observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,both groups showed an increase in MVV,FEV1,and FVC,with the observation group showing a more significant improvement(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of hs CRP,IL-8,and WBC in both groups decreased,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05);No serious adverse reactions were observed during the two treatment periods.Conclusion The combination of Western medicine,Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction with modifications is effective in treating patients with pulmonary infections.It can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,promote the improvement of lung function,improve clinical symptoms,and has high safety in treatment.
