1000 MW超超临界机组给水泵异常振动原因分析及处理

摘要 当前火电机组在深度调峰和灵活性运行、大流量供热、节能降耗等背景下,设备运行的安全可靠性下降,故障频次增多。针对某厂给水泵运行过程中振动突变故障,开展了振动测试、原因分析和故障诊断工作,通过对该给水泵运行参数和振动数据分析,指出固定部件脱落是导致给水泵振动两次发生突变的主要原因。通过解体检查,发现入水口温度套管脱落,卡在第一级叶轮,处理后给水泵的振动问题得以解决。 Under the background of deep peak-shaving,flexible operation,large flow heating,energy saving and consumption reducing,the safety and reliability of thermal power units are decreased,and the failure frequency is increased.In view of the sudden change of vibration fault of a feedwater pump during operation,the vibration test,cause analysis and fault diagnosis were carried out,it is pointed out that the main reason for the sudden change of feed water pump vibration twice is the shedding of fixed parts.Through disassembly inspection,it is found that the inlet temperature casing falls off and gets stuck in the first stage impeller.After treatment,the vibration problem of the feed water pump can be solved.
