高锰酸钾熏洗联合美宝湿润烧伤膏在PPH术后患者中的应用

Application of Potassium Permanganate Fumigation Combined with MEBO in Postoperative Patients with PPH

目的 探究高锰酸钾熏洗联合美宝湿润烧伤膏在痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)术后患者中的应用。方法 按照随机数字表法将2022年6月至2023年6月在景德镇市第一人民医院收治的60例PPH术后患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予高锰酸钾熏洗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率,创面完全愈合及住院时间,治疗后第1天、3天及7天VAS评分,并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组创面完全愈合时间及住院时间均较短,治疗后第1天、3天及7天的VAS评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PPH术后患者应用高锰酸钾熏洗联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗效果显著,有助于加快创面完全愈合速度,缩短住院时间,减轻患者的经济压力,同时治疗后短时间内疼痛感得到有效缓解,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of potassium permanganate fumigation combined with MEBO in patients after PPH.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with PPH who were examined in Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate fumigation,and the observation group was treated with MEBO on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effectiveness,wound healing and hospital stay,1 d,3 d and 7 d VAS scores after treatment,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of complete wound healing and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter,and the VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after treatment were lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%lower than that in the control group 26.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of potassium permanganate fumigation combined with MEBO for postoperative PPH patients is significant,which can help speed up the complete healing of the wound,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the economic pressure of the patients.Meanwhile,the pain can be effectively relieved within a short time after treatment,which is safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion and application.
