壮筋续骨汤联合中药熏洗对胫骨平台骨折患者骨折愈合及下肢功能恢复的影响

Influence of Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Fracture Healing and Lower Limb Function Recovery in Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的 探究壮筋续骨汤联合中药熏洗对胫骨平台骨折患者的治疗效果,分析其对下肢功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月84例在丰城市中医院诊治的胫骨平台骨折患者,按随机抛硬币法分为试验组和对照组,每组42例。两组均实施锁定加压钢板内固定手术,术后对照组给予中药熏洗;试验组在对照组的基础上加用壮筋续骨汤。比较两组术后恢复情况、中医证候积分、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分、下肢功能评分(HSS)以及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组的骨折愈合时长、肿胀消除时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);试验组术后中医证候积分、VAS评分均比对照组低,HSS评分比对照组高(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论 采用壮筋续骨汤联合中药熏洗辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的效果显著,能减轻疼痛及临床症状,促进患者骨折愈合及下肢功能恢复。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of zhuangjin xugu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on fracture healing in patients with tibial plateau fractures,and to analyze its influence on the recovery of lower limb function.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,84 patients with tibial plateau fractures diagnosed and treated in Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random coin toss method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups carried out locking compression plate internal fixation,and the patients in the control group were given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation after surgery while the patients in the experimental group were treated with zhuangjin xugu decoction on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery status,TCM syndromes scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,lower limb function score(HSS)and occurrence of complications were compared between groups.Results The fracture healing time and swelling elimination time in experimental group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndromes scores and VAS score in experimental group after surgery were lower than those in control group while the HSS score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of complications in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhuangjin xugu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a significant effect on patients with tibial plateau fractures,and it can relieve pain and clinical symptoms,and promote fracture healing and lower limb function recovery.
