维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合重组人表皮细胞生长因子治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果分析

Effect of Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in the Treatment of Xerophthalmia after Phacoemulsification

目的 分析维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhE GF)治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果。方法 本研究选择了2022年12月至2023年12月商丘市第一人民医院120例白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者,根据随机数字表法实施分组,予以常规组60例维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶治疗,试验组60例予以维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合rhE GF滴眼液治疗。观察两组临床疗效、干眼症症状、炎症因子水平、视功能相关生存质量与不良反应发生情况。结果 持续用药4周后,试验组总治疗有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);两组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及基础泪液分泌试验I(SIt)水平均高于治疗前,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05);两组泪液白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05);两组视功能相关生存质量量表-25(NEIVFQ-25)评分高于治疗前,且试验组分值高于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合rhE GF治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的疗效确切,可帮助改善患者干眼症症状,抑制炎症反应,并可促进视功能相关生存质量的提升,避免增加不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin A palmitate eye gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)onxerophthalmia after phacoemulsification.Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,120 patients with xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification in Shangqiu First People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.60 patients in the conventional group were treated with vitamin A palmitate eye gel,while 60 patients in the experimental group were treated with vitamin A palmitate eye gel combined with rhEGF eye drops,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptoms of dry eye,levels of inflammatory factors,quality of life related to visual function and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results After continuous treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUT and SIt levels were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1βand IL-8 in tears of both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in experimental group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05);the NEIVFQ-25 score after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the score of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin A palmitate eye gel combined with rhEGF is effective in the treatment of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification,which can help improve the symptoms of dry eye,inhibit the inflammatory response,promote the improvement of the quality of life related to visual function,and avoid increasing adverse reactions.
