This article elaborates on the importance and challenges of teaching of traditional Chinese coloproctology,proposes the necessity of improving teaching quality through innovative teaching methods,and points out that in traditional Chinese colo-proctology teaching,attention should be paid to clarifying multi-level teaching objectives,including knowledge,skills,and literacy cultivation;adopting various teaching methods such as case analysis,simulation operation,and discussion;realizing interdisciplinary integration with disciplines such as surgery and internal medicine,and strengthening practical activities;stimulating students'interest in learning and initiative to ask questions;establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms;conducting teaching reflection and continuous improvement;applying teaching innovation and technological means.Through the improvement of these teaching methods,it can better teach the knowledge of traditional Chinese colo-proctology,cultivate the clinical thinking and skills of students,and make them become high-quality medical talents with both solid theoretical basis and practical ability.
