动态复合影像在超声诊断教学中的效果评估

摘要 目的探讨操作手法与超声图像实时同步的动态复合影像在超声诊断教学中的应用效果,特别是其在改善学生的理解难度、提升兴趣度和提高测验成绩方面的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月嘉兴大学临床专业的43名参加PPT课堂教学的医学生,前期采用传统的静态图像的教学方式,后期采用融合动态复合影像的教学方式,并对学生进行问卷调查及测验成绩对比,评估不同教学方法的效果。结果动态复合影像组学生的理解难度和兴趣度平均的评分分别为(7.60±1.40)分、(7.80±1.30)分,静态图像组分别为(7.90±1.60)分、(6.50±1.50)分,且动态复合影像组学生的测验成绩(92.08±4.87)分高于静态图像组(88.53±5.24)分。2组在降低理解难度方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但动态复合影像组在提升学生提升兴趣度和测验成绩方面均优于静态图像组(P<0.05)。理解难度与兴趣度之间存在显著的负相关关系(r=-0.620,P<0.010)。结论动态复合影像技术可以有效提高学生的学习兴趣和测验成绩,但对降低理解难度的效果不明显。建议将此技术作为提升教学互动性和学生成绩的辅助工具,并进一步优化其教学设计。 Objective To explore the application effect of dynamic composite imaging which synchronizes operational techniques with ultrasound images in real time in ultrasound diagnostic education,particularly its impact on reducing students’comprehension difficulty,enhancing their interest,and improving their test performance.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,a total of 43 clinical medical students of Jiaxing University were selected and attended PPT classroom teaching sessions.Traditional static imaging methods were used initially,followed by the use of dynamic composite imaging.A questionnaire survey and test performance comparison were conducted among 43 students to assess the effectiveness of these teaching methods.Results The scores for comprehension difficulty and interest in the dynamic composite imaging group were(7.60±1.40)points and(7.80±1.30)points,respectively,while the static imaging group scored(7.90±1.60)points and(6.50±1.50)points,respectively.And the scores of test performance in the dynamic composite imaging group(92.08±4.87)points,was higher than the static imaging group[(88.53±5.24)points].There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing comprehension difficulty(P>0.05),but the dynamic composite imaging group was superior to the static imaging group in enhancing students'interest and test performance(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between comprehension difficulty and interest level(r=‒0.620,P<0.010).Conclusion The application of dynamic composite imaging in ultrasound diagnostic education can significantly enhance students’interest and test performance,although its direct effect on reducing comprehension difficulty is limited.Further optimization of its instructional design is recommended to fully leverage its potential in improving student engagement and performance.
