新时代医学生科学家精神培育现状与路径探索

Assessment and Exploration on Cultivating the Scientific Spirit Among Medical Students in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,不断升级的机遇和挑战则要求青年一代在科学家精神的指引下接续奋斗。医学生作为推进“健康中国战略”的强大后备军,更需要其发扬以爱国主义为底色,以创新精神为核心的科学家精神,将个人理想与祖国发展紧密结合。本研究问卷调查与数据分析结果显示,目前我国高校对于医学生科学家精神培育尚处于初步开展阶段,在思想把握、形式设置、体系建设等方面均有待进一步落实。基于此,文章总结了高校对新时代医学生科学家精神培育工作开展现状和存在的主要问题,并针对性提出了解决路径。

China's socialist system with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the ever-evolving opportunities and challenges require the younger generation to continue their efforts guided by the spirit of scientists.Medical students,as a potent reserve force in advancing the"Healthy China Strategy",need to further promote the spirit of scientists with patriotism as the foundation and innovation as the core,closely integrating personal ideals with the development of the motherland.The results of this study,based on questionnaire surveys and data analysis,indicate that the cultivation of the scientific spirit among medical students in Chinese universities is still in its initial stages,with further implementation needed in terms of conceptual understanding,structural setup,and system development.Consequently,this paper summarizes the current status and key issues in the cultivation of the scientific spirit among medical students in the new era at universities and proposes specific solutions accordingly.
