摘要
临床实践教学是临床药学专业本科生教育中不可或缺的一部分,它不仅能培养学生的实践能力和职业素养,而且是新医改背景下重点关注的核心问题。针对这一问题,文章从新医改背景下临床药学专业本科生临床实践教学的重要性出发,结合当前现状和面临的挑战,提出了改进临床药学实践教学的几点建议。包括构建优质的实践教学环境、加强“双师型”师资队伍建设、拓展实践教学内容、强化实践教学管理、完善实践教学评价体系等。这些建议旨在为我国临床药学专业本科生的临床实践教学提供参考,帮助学生有效地提高实践能力和职业素养,并更好地适应新医改背景下的临床药学教育需求。
Clinical practice teaching is an indispensable part of undergraduate education in clinical pharmacy.It not only cultivates students’practical abilities and professional qualities but also is the key issue in the context of the new medical reform.In response to this issue,this article emphasizes the importance of clinical practice teaching for undergraduate students majoring in clinical pharmacy under the background of the new medical reform.Considering the current situation and challenges faced,several suggestions are proposed to improve clinical practice teaching in clinical pharmacy,including establishing a high-quality practical teaching environment,strengthening the construction of“dualteacher”faculty team,broadening the practical teaching content,enhancing the management of practical teaching,and improving the evaluation system for practical teaching.These suggestions aim to provide references for clinical practice teaching for undergraduate students majoring in clinical pharmacy in China,help students effectively enhance their practical abilities and professional qualities,and better adapt to the educational demands of clinical pharmacy in the context of the new medical reform.
