5-羟色胺在中医药研究中的热点及趋势——基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的可视化分析

A visual analysis of hot spots and trends of 5-HT in traditional Chinese medicine research based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

目的:分析5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)在中医药研究中的热点及趋势。方法:检索中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库自建库至2024年2月已发表的5-HT与中医药相关的文献。应用CiteSpace 6.2.R4和VOSviewer软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词、共被引文献进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献1023篇,英文文献646篇。近20年来发文量呈波动式上升趋势。国内外文献发表量最多的作者是韩济生院士。形成了韩济生、LAO Lixing、吴焕淦、常小荣等核心作者团队。中文文献的机构合作集中于中医院校及其附属医院之间,英文文献的机构合作形成了多院校合作的局面。剔除基础关键词后,关键词主要可分为机制研究和临床研究两大类,突现强度最高的关键词和被共引频次最高的文献均与抑郁相关。结论:5-HT在中医药研究中的热点主要聚焦于针灸镇痛、神志病、情志病、脾胃系疾病。肠道菌群、脑肠轴、肝肠轴等成为中医药研究中的新趋势。

Objective:To analyze the hotspots and trends of 5-HT in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research.Methods:Literature related to 5-HT and TCM published up to February 2024 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science Core Collection databases.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer software were used to conduct visual analysis of the authors,institutions,keywords and co-cited literature of the included literature.Results:A total of 1023 Chinese and 646 English papers were included.The volume of publications has shown fluctuating growth over the past two decades.The author with the largest number of publications at home and abroad was Academician HAN Jisheng,forming a core author team of HAN Jisheng,LAO Lixing,WU Huan'gan,CHANG Xiaorong and so on.The institutional cooperation of Chinese literature was concentrated among traditional Chinese medical colleges and their affiliated hospitals,and the institutional cooperation of English literature formed a situation of multi-school cooperation.After excluding the basic keywords,the keywords were mainly divided into two categories:mechanism research and clinical research.The keywords with the highest intensity of emergence and the literature with the highest cocitation frequency were related to depression.Conclusion:The hotspots of 5-HT in TCM research mainly focus on acupuncture analgesia,mental illness,emotional illness,and gastrointestinal diseases.Intestinal flora,brain-gut axis,and liver-gut axis have become a new trend in TCM research.
