摘要
目的探讨酸枣仁提取物对动脉粥样硬化的调控作用及分子机制。方法通过网络药理学与生物信息分析,确立酸枣仁与动脉粥样硬化相关的候选靶标基因,通过富集分析揭示上述基因主要参与的信号通路,建立高脂饲养ApoE小鼠模型进行药效与机制研究。结果酸枣仁提取物可降低小鼠的血脂与血糖指标,减轻主动脉中脂肪斑块积累,激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路。结论酸枣仁提取物可通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路防治动脉粥样硬化,为未来开发心血管疾病治疗策略提供依据。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effects and molecular mechanisms of Semen ziziphi spinosae(SZR)extract on atherosclerosis(AS).Methods The candidate target genes related to SZR and AS were identified through network pharmacology and bioinformatics analysis.Enrichment analysis was conducted to reveal the main signaling pathways regulated by these candidate genes.A high-fat diet-induced ApoE mouse model was used for the investigation of pharmacodynamics and mechanism.Results SZR extract significantly reduced hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in mice,decreased the accumulation of fatty plaques in the aorta,and activated the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.Conclusion SZR extract regulates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to prevent and treat atherosclerosis,providing a scientific basis for the future development of new cardiovascular disease treatment strategies.
