摘要
目的 调查护生的电子健康素养现状,分析其与健康促进生活方式和情绪调节的相关性。方法 2022年10—11月,采用一般资料问卷、电子健康素养量表、健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ和情绪调节量表对泸州市某高校的1016名护生进行调查。结果 护生电子健康素养得分为(29.92±5.05)分,健康促进生活方式得分为(99.42±17.47)分,情绪调节得分为(43.68±7.78)分。电子健康素养与健康促进生活方式、情绪调节呈正相关(r=0.458、0.353,P<0.01);健康促进生活方式与情绪调节呈正相关(r=0.427,P<0.01)。结论 护生电子健康素养处于中等水平,且与健康促进生活方式、情绪调节显著正相关。政府及高校应注重提高护生的电子健康素养水平,促进护生的健康行为和心理健康。
Objective To investigate the status of e-health literacy among nursing students,and to analyze its cor-relation with health promotion lifestyle and emotional regulation.Methods From October to November 2022,1016 nursing students in a university in Luzhou City were investigated with general information questionnaire,the e-Health Literacy Scale,health promoting lifestyle profile-II and emotional regulation scale.Results The scores of e-health literacy,health promo-tion lifestyle and emotion regulation were(29.92±5.05),(99.42±17.47)and(43.68±7.78)respectively.E-health literacy was positively correlated with health promoting lifestyle and emotional regulation(r=0.458,0.353,P<0.01).Health promoting lifestyle was positively correlated with emotion regulation(r=0.427,P<0.01).Conclusion E-health literacy of nursing students is at the medium level,and it is positively correlated with health promotion lifestyle and emotion-al regulation.The government and universities should pay attention to improving the e-health literacy level of nursing students to promote their health behavior and mental health.
