电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定3种药食同源物中锗含量

Determination of Germanium Content in Three Medicinal and Food Homologous Substances by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 为研究药食同源物铁皮石斛、杜仲和灵芝中无机锗和有机锗含量及其分布,助力相关特色产业发展,同时为质量安全监管部门提供检测技术支撑和执法依据,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定3种药食同源物中总锗,通过盐酸加热处理使样品中的无机锗挥发去除并测定有机锗含量,总锗含量扣减有机锗含量得到无机锗含量。结果表明,总锗和有机锗的质量浓度在1.00~100μg/L内与其对应的计数强度值呈线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998。在0.02,0.05,0.50和2.00 mg/kg质量分数水平对样品中总锗和有机锗进行加标回收试验,回收率分别为90.5%~101%和94.2%~102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(S_(RSD),n=6)分别为3.2%~7.6%和3.1%~8.4%,检出限和定量限分别为0.005 mg/kg和0.02 mg/kg。31个样品中有5个检测出总锗和有机锗。建立一种电感耦合等离子体质谱测定铁皮石斛、杜仲和灵芝中无机锗和有机锗含量的方法,方法准确度好、灵敏度高、检出限低。 Study the content and distribution of inorganic and organic germanium in medicinal and food homologs Dendrobium officinale,Eucommia ulmoides,and Ganoderma lucidum,and support the development of related characteristic industries,providing technical support and law enforcement basis for quality and safety supervision departments.Total germanium in three medicinal and food homologs was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The inorganic germanium in the samples was evaporated and removed by hydrochloric acid heating,and then the organic germanium content was determined.The total germanium content was deducted from the organic germanium content to obtain the inorganic germanium content.The mass concentrations of total germanium and organic germanium are linearly related to their corresponding CPS within 1.00-100μg/L,with correlation coefficients of 0.9999 and 0.9998,respectively.Spiked recovery tests were made to total germanium and organic germanium in the samples at concentrations of 0.02,0.05,0.50,and 2.00 mg/kg,giving recoveries in the range of 90.5%-101%and 94.2%-102%,S_(RSD) of the determined values(n=6)in the range of 3.2%-7.6%and 3.1%-8.4%,respectively,with detection limit of 0.005 mg/kg and quantification limit of 0.02 mg/kg.Among the 31 samples,5 samples were detected of total germanium and organic germanium.A method for determining the content of inorganic and organic germanium in Dendrobium officinale,Eucommia ulmoides,and Ganoderma lucidum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been established which with good accuracy,high sensitivity,and low detection limit.
