摘要
受土壤盐渍化影响,作物耐盐相关研究已成为科学研究的热点课题.植物中一些转录因子参与盐胁迫应答近年来成为研究重点.转录因子中的WRKY在现有报道中已经证明参与植物耐盐相关过程.甜菜是我国重要的糖料作物,研究甜菜耐盐性,从分子水平上认识甜菜耐盐机理,对选育耐盐甜菜品种意义重大.本论文采用生物信息学分析与分子生物学实验相结合的手段研究了在盐胁迫下甜菜幼苗的叶片及根中WRKY和组氨酸激酶基因的表达量变化.
Affected by soil salinization,research on crop salt tolerance has become a hot topic of scientific re-search.In recent years,some transcription factors involved in salt stress response in plants have become the fo-cus of research.WRKY,a transcription factor,has been shown to be involved in salt tolerance-related proces-ses in plants.Sugar beet is an important sugar crop in our country.It is very important to study the salt tolerance of sugar beet and understand the salt tolerance mechanism on molecular level.The changes of WRKY and histi-dine kinase gene expression in leaves and roots of sugarbeet seedlings under salt stress were studied by bioinfor-matics and molecular methods.
