摘要
本研究以苹果采摘机为研究对象,通过对苹果采摘作业环境和特性的分析,确定了机械手的总体结构方案。使用三维建模软件进行了苹果采摘机的三维建模和简化处理,随后将模型导入有限元分析软件进行静力学分析,重点关注了机械臂和上剪切板等重要部件。进一步进行了机械臂的模态分析,计算并分析了其前六阶固有频率和模态振型。
This study takes the apple picker as the research object,and determines the overall structure scheme of the manipulator through the analysis of the environment and characteristics of the apple picking operation.3D modeling software was used to conduct 3D modeling and simplified processing of the apple picker,and then the model was imported into the finite element analysis software for static analysis,focusing on important components such as the mechanical arm and the upper shear plate.The modal analysis of the manipulator is further carried out,and the first six natural frequencies and modal modes are calculated and analyzed.
