摘要
本文通过建立蒸发镀铝机膜厚理论计算模型,同时考虑工装旋转和镀铝零件结构对铝层膜厚计算模型的影响因素,对其进行修正,可实现不同结构及不同放置位置的镀铝产品的膜厚理论计算。经过实验验证,该计算模型除了将误差控制在接受范围内,还能够在产品设计阶段验证镀铝区域结构是否满足镀铝膜厚的需求,为镀铝产品结构优化提供了重要的参考依据,同时规避了产品结构导致的产品镀铝缺陷问题。
In this paper,by establishing the theoretical calculation model of the film thickness of the evapo-rative aluminized machine,and considering the influencing factors of the rotation of tooling and the structure of the aluminized parts on the calculation model of the aluminum layer film thickness,the theoretical calculation of the film thickness of aluminized products with different structures and different placement positions can be realized.After experimental verification,the calculation model can not only control the error within the acceptable range,but also verify whether the structure of the aluminized area meets the requirements of the thickness of the aluminized film in the product design stage,which provides an important reference for the optimization of the aluminized product structure and avoids the aluminized defect caused by the prod-uct structure.
