基于Matlab/Simulink的直流风机控制策略建模与仿真

摘要 为提高除霜控制器的除霜效率和性能,基于有刷和无刷直流电机数学模型以及原理,研究了基于PWM和PID的有刷直流风机控制系统,以及PWM和SVPWM下的无刷直流风机控制系统。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,建立了有刷和无刷直流风机控制模型,分析了不同控制策略(PWM、PID、SVPWM)的性能。仿真结果表明:对于有刷直流风机,PWM控制策略对比PID控制更适合控制精度不高的有刷直流风机速度控制。对于无刷直流风机,SVPWM控制策略对比PWM控制具有更快的响应速度和更好的控制精度。 In order to improve the defrosting efficiency and performance of the defrosting controller,based on the mathematical model and principle of the brushed and brushless DC motors,the brush DC fan control systems based on PWM and PID,and PWM and SV PWM are studied.In Matlab/Simulink environment,the control model of brushed and brushless DC fan is established,and the perfor-mance of different control strategies(PWM,PID,SVPWM)is analyzed.The simulation results show that for brush DC fan,PWM control strategy is more suitable for speed control compared with PID control.For brushless DC fan,SVPWM control strategy has faster response speed and better control accuracy compared with PWM control.
