摘要
电子机械制动系统(Electromechanical Brake,EMB)是线控制动系统的重要发展方向。本文在研究电子机械制动系统(EMB)机构和工作原理的基础上,将Solidworks建立的EMB几何模型导入到ADAMS,利用ADAMS软件对制动器进行了运动学及动力学分析,研究机构的运动特性及动力学性能,并对比分析模型装配角度偏差对仿真结果的影响。由ADAMS后处理曲线图可知,模型啮合偏差会导致螺母与单个滚柱在y轴上的位移不相等,即滚柱与螺母之间存在相对位移,这将会降低制动效能。本文通过调整螺纹与螺纹、齿轮与齿轮之间的啮合角度,消除角度偏差产生的影响,提高了制动效能。
Electromechanical Brake(EMB)is an important development direction for wire controlled braking systems.Based on the study of the mechanism and working principle of the electro-mechanical brake system(EMB),this paper introduces the EMB geometric model established by Solidworks into ADAMS,and uses ADAMS software to carry out the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the brake,study the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the mechanism,and compare and analyze the influence of the assembly angle deviation of the model on the simulation results.According to the post-processing curve graph of ADAMS,the mesh deviation of the model will cause unequal displacement between the nut and a single roller on the y-axis,that is,there is relative displacement between the roller and the nut,which will reduce the braking efficiency.This article improves brak-ing efficiency by adjusting the meshing angle between threads and gears,eliminating the influence of angle deviation.
