摘要
本文选用数控车床床身为研究对象,在Solidworks软件中建立数控车床床身的三维实体模型,利用Workbench软件对机床进行了静力分析和模态分析。通过静力分析可知在各方向上,床身结构X、Y和Z方向的形变量不同,结构的床头区比较薄弱。对受限制的车床的结构进行了模态分析,通过模态分析,求解得到数控车床床身前六阶固有频率以及振型,得出床体的外轨、床头等部位是该床体结构的薄弱部位。该研究为数控车床床身的结构设计提供一种新的参考。
This paper selects the CNC lathe bed as the object of study.The three-dimensional solid model of the CNC lathe bed was established in Solidworks software,and the static analysis and modal analysis of the machine tool were carried out by using Workbench software.Through the static analysis,it is known that in all directions,the variables of the deformation in the X,Y and Z directions of bed structure are different,and the structure of the bed head area is relatively weak.Modal analysis was carried out on the structure of the restricted lathe,and through the modal analysis,the first six orders of intrinsic frequency and vibration pattern of the bed of the CNC lathe were obtained by solving,and it was concluded that the outer rails of the bed,the head and other parts of the bed were the weak parts of the structure of the bed.This study provides a new reference for the structural design of CNC lathe bed.
