The Connotation,Value,and Paths of Fostering Life Sports Culture for Health Governance Construction:Based on the Theory of Cultural Stratification

在健康治理转型的时代背景下建设生活体育文化,是连接体育事业和健康事业的重要抓手和关键环节,既可助推体育文化的革新与蜕变,也可实现体卫融合的覆盖与加深。根据文化分层理论对生活体育文化进行理论解构和现实建构,这种新型体育文化包含精神文化、制度文化、物质文化3个层次,主要内涵是基于人民群众美好生活和身心健康的需求,以体育全面提高人的生命质量和生活质量为目标,以运动和身体活动促进人民群众全生命周期的健康和幸福为手段,促进形成以主动体育融入生活、以主动健康融入生命为主旨的物质基础、制度安排、价值观念。可针对性地从这3个层面来建设生活体育文化,发挥其在健康领域的主动治理、全周期治理作用:夯实体育空间、体育用品和体育服务的软硬件物质基础;完善健康导向的基层组织和制度体系;以学校、家庭、社会的通力合作培育健身与健康深度融合的良好生活习惯和社会新风尚,最终建设起扎根美好生活、促进终身健康的生活体育文化形式。

In the context of the transformation,the construction of life sports culture serves as a vital link and cruci-al juncture in connecting sports and health,which can both facilitate the innovation and transformation of sports cul-ture and enhance the integration and penetration of sports and health.The theoretical deconstruction and realistic construction of life sports culture,based on the theory of cultural stratification,encompasses three levels:spiritual culture,institutional culture,and material culture.Its core essence revolves around addressing the people's aspira-tions for a better life and physical-mental wellbeing,aiming to comprehensively improve people's quality of life through sports,and promoting lifelong health and happiness throughout their life cycle via exercise and physical ac-tivities.To achieve this,target-oriented efforts should be made at these three levels to leverage life sports culture's proactive and life-cycle governance functions in health: fortifying the material foundation of sports spaces, sports e-quipment, and sports services;refining health-oriented grassroots organizations and institutional systems;and foste-ring sound lifestyle habits and new societal norms that deeply integrate fitness and health through the collaborativeefforts of schools, families, and society. Ultimately, this will lead to the establishment of a life sports culture that isdeeply rooted in a better life and contributes to lifelong health.
