利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选择2021年12月—2022年12月曲阜市人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(采用二甲双胍治疗,n=50)与观察组(采用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗,n=50)。比较两组治疗前后血糖指标,体质量指数,腰臀比,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,胃肠道反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组体质量指数、腰臀比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组体质量指数、腰臀比均下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CRP、IL-6水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6水平均降低,相较于对照组,观察组CRP、IL-6水平更低(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果良好,可降低患者血糖及炎性因子水平,减轻体质量,减少胃肠道反应发生风险。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Qufu People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(treated with metformin,n=50)and observation group(treated with liraglutide plus metformin,n=50)according to random number table method.Blood glucose indexes,body mass index,waist-to-hip ratio,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,and gastrointestinal reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio in the two groups decreased,and the decline in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CRP and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liraglutide combined with metformin has a good clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can reduce the blood glucose and levels of inflammatory factors,reduce body weight,and reduce the risk of gastrointestinal reactions.
