彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Mass

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月于北京市西城区平安医院就诊的乳腺肿块患者60例作为研究对象,均进行乳腺X线摄影检查、彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理检查结果作为“金标准”,对比乳腺X线摄影检查、彩色多普勒超声检查诊断乳腺肿块的效能,分析良恶性乳腺肿块的彩色多普勒超声征象。结果:病理检查结果显示,60例乳腺肿块患者中,良性肿块46例,恶性肿块14例。彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺恶性肿块的准确度、灵敏度、特异度高于乳腺X线摄影检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声检查诊断乳腺纤维瘤、囊肿的准确率以及总诊断准确率高于乳腺X线摄影检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声显示,与良性乳腺肿块比较,恶性乳腺肿块体积更大,边界多不清晰,形态不规则,病灶多钙化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺肿块的效能较高,能清晰显示病灶的特征,帮助医师准确鉴别良恶性病变。

Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast mass.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2023,60 patients with breast mass who visited Beijing Xicheng District Ping'an Hospital were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography.The pathological examination re-sults were used as the"gold standard"to compare the efficacy of mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing breast masses.Color Doppler ultrasound signs of benign and malignant breast masses were analyzed.Results:The pathological ex-amination results showed that,among the 60 patients with breast mass,46 cases had benign mass and 14 cases had malignant mass.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast malignant mass were higher than those of mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy and total diagnostic ac-curacy of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mammary fibroma and cyst were higher than those of mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that,compared with benign breast mass,the malignant breast mass had larger size,unclear borders,irregular morphology and more calcifications,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a high efficacy in diagnosing breast masses,and can clearly display the characteristics of lesions and help physicians accurately identify benign and malignant lesions.
