子宫输卵管超声造影在输卵管性不孕症诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis on Application Value of Hysterosalpingo-Contrast Sonography in Diagnosis of Tubal Infertility

目的:探讨子宫输卵管超声造影在输卵管性不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2024年1月宁夏医科大学总医院心脑血管病医院收治的200例疑似输卵管性不孕症患者作为研究对象,均行子宫输卵管超声造影检查与腹腔镜检查,以腹腔镜检查结果作为“金标准”,分析子宫输卵管超声造影诊断输卵管性不孕症的准确率、灵敏度、阳性预测值。结果:腹腔镜检查结果显示,200例疑似者均确诊为输卵管性不孕症。子宫输卵管超声造影诊断输卵管性不孕症的准确率、灵敏度、阳性预测值与腹腔镜检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子宫输卵管超声造影诊断输卵管性不孕症的效能较高,且具有操作简便、安全性佳的优势,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the diagnosis of tubal infertility.Methods:A total of 200 patients with suspected tubal infertility who were admitted to Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients underwent hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography and laparoscopy.The laparoscopy results were used as"golden standard".The accuracy,sensitivity and positive predictive value of hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the diagnosis of tubal infertility were analyzed.Results:The laparoscopy results showed that,200 suspected patients were all diagnosed as tubal infertility.There was no significant difference in the accuracy,sensitivity,and positive predictive value between hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography and laparoscopy in the diagnosis of tubal infertility(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography has high efficacy in the diagnosis of tubal infertility,and has the advantages of simple operation and good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
