人性化护理干预在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果探讨

Exploration on Application Effect of Humanistic Nursing Intervention in Patients with Breast Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨人性化护理干预在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月于西安交通大学第二附属医院乳腺疾病诊疗中心和肿瘤内科化疗的乳腺癌患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=38)和常规组(n=38)。常规组实施常规护理干预,试验组在常规组基础上采用人性化护理干预。对比两组负性情绪、不良反应发生情况、生活质量、自护能力。结果:护理后,试验组抑郁、焦虑评分及WHO第3版癌症治疗功能评价系统性-乳腺癌生存质量测评量表评分均低于常规组,自护能力评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组胃肠道不良反应、口腔炎症、粒细胞减少/白细胞异常和循环系统不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);两组皮疹、疲乏、肝肾功能异常发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者负性情绪,减少化疗不良反应发生风险,提高生活质量与自护能力。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:From January 2022 to March 2023,76 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy in the Breast Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center and the Department of Oncology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group(n=38)and the conventional group(n=38).The conventional group received conventional nursing intervention,while the experimental group received humanis-tic nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group.The negative emotions,adverse reactions,quality of life,and selfcare ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group and the scores of the WHO 3rd edition of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast Cancer Quality of Life Assessment Scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the scores of self-care ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidences of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,oral inflammation,granulocyte decreased/leukocyte abnormality and circulatory system adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of rash,fatigue,and abnormal liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy has good effects,and can improve patients'negative emotions,reduce the risk of chemotherapy adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life and self-care ability.
