ICU护士医疗设备报警疲劳现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Medical Device Alarm Fatigue of ICU Nurses

目的:了解ICU护士医疗设备报警疲劳现状,分析其影响因素。方法:于2022年7—12月采用便利抽样法选取锦州医科大学附属第一医院、锦州医科大学附属第二医院、锦州医科大学附属第三医院、朝阳市中心医院、凌源市中心医院332名ICU护士作为调查对象,均给予ICU护士报警疲劳量表、一般资料调查表展开调查,分析ICU护士医疗设备报警疲劳的影响因素。结果:332名ICU护士医疗设备报警疲劳评分为(28.66±1.58)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限、每月夜班次数、医院级别是ICU护士医疗设备报警疲劳的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:ICU护士医疗设备报警疲劳现象严重,其影响因素包括年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限、每月夜班次数、医院级别,管理者应制定相应制度与措施改善ICU护理工作环境,预防医疗设备报警疲劳的发生。

Objective:To understand the current situation of medical device alarm fatigue of ICU nurses and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods:From July 2022 to December 2022,a total of 332 ICU nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,Chaoyang Central Hospital,and Lingyuan Central Hospital were selected as the survey subjects by convenience sampling method.All nurses were surveyed using ICU nurses'alarm fatigue scale and general data questionnaire.The influencing factors of medical device alarm fatigue of ICU nurses were analyzed.Results:The medical device alarm fatigue score of 332 ICU nurses was(28.66±1.58)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marital status,working years,monthly night shifts,and hospital level were the independent influencing factors of ICU nurses'medical device alarm fatigue(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU nurses'medical device alarm fatigue is serious,and the influencing factors include age,marital status,working years,monthly night shifts,and hospital level.Managers should formulate corresponding systems and measures to improve the working environment of ICU nursing and prevent the occurrence of medical device alarm fatigue.
