摘要
目的:探讨基于Miller金字塔能力模型的规范化培训在ICU新护士中的应用效果。方法:将2022年12月—2023年2月江门市中心医院ICU新护士30名设为对照组,将2023年3—5月ICU新护士29名设为试验组。对照组护士实施传统培训模式,试验组护士实施基于Miller金字塔能力模型的规范化培训。比较两组考核成绩、ICU核心能力、培训满意度。结果:培训后,试验组理论知识考核成绩和操作实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,两组专业基础理论知识、专业临床实践能力、护理管理能力、专业发展能力、临床判断思维能力得分及总分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组专业基础理论知识、专业临床实践能力、专业发展能力、临床判断思维能力得分及总分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理管理能力得分均升高,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组对教学水平、教学方法、教学效果的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组对教学态度的满意度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:基于Miller金字塔能力模型的规范化培训在ICU新护士中的应用效果较好,可有效提高新护士专业理论、实践能力,提升ICU核心能力和培训满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized training based on Miller's pyramid competency model in newly nurses in ICU.Methods:Thirty new nurses in ICU of Jiangmen Central Hospital from December 2022 to February 2023 were set as the control group,and twenty-nine new nurses in ICU from March to May 2023 were set as the experimental group.The nurses in the control group implemented the traditional training model,and the nurses in the experimental group implemented the standardized training based on Miller's pyramid competency model.The assessment scores,ICU core competencies,and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After training,the experimental group's theoretical knowledge assessment scores and operational practice assessment scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before training,the scores and total scores of the two groups'professional basic theoretical knowledge,professional clinical practice competence,nursing management competence,professional development competence,and clinical judgmental thinking competence were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after training,the scores and total scores of professional basic theoretical knowledge,professional clinical practice ability,professional development ability,and clinical judgment thinking ability of both groups were elevated,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group's satisfaction with teaching level,teaching method,and teaching effect was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized training based on Miller pyramid competency model in ICU new nurses is more effective,which can effectively improve the professional theoretical and practical ability of new nurses,and enhance the core competency of ICU and the satisfaction of training.
