盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

目的:分析慢性支气管炎患者采取盐酸氨溴索治疗的效果。方法:将2022年1月—2023年5月青岛市莱西市南墅中心卫生院接诊的82例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为对照组、观察组,各41例。两组患者入院后均采取常规抗感染、止咳、雾化吸入等治疗措施,在此基础上对照组应用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组应用盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患者临床效果及病情改善时间、肺功能、用药期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组喘息、咳痰、咳嗽改善时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、最大呼气峰流量优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为9.76%,对照组为21.95%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的效果显著,可改善患者的肺部功能,促进患者康复,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of taking ambroxol hydrochloride treatment for patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:Eighty-two cases of chronic bronchitis patients seen in Qingdao Laixi Nanshu Central Health Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with forty-one cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with conventional anti-infective,cough suppressant,nebulized inhalation and other therapeutic measures after admission to the hospital,on the basis of which levofloxacin was applied to the control group and ambroxol hydrochloride was applied to the observation group.Compare the clinical effect and improvement time,lung function,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the medication period of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement time of wheezing,coughing sputum and coughing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,the volume of expiratory force in the first second,the volume of lung capacity of exertion,and the maximal peak expiratory flow rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.76%in the observation group and 21.95%in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis is remarkable,which can improve the lung function of patients and promote their rehabilitation,and the treatment safety is high.
