改良奔跑体位在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用

Application of Modified Running Position in Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy

目的:分析改良奔跑体位在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用价值。方法:将2022年4月—2024年4月前海人寿韶关医院收治的60例肾结石患者作为研究对象,按照患者就诊单双号顺序分为传统组和新式组,每组30例。两组患者均接受经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,传统组患者取俯卧位手术体位,新式组患者手术体位为改良奔跑体位。比较两组治疗效果。结果:相较于传统组,新式组手术时间、术中创建经皮肾镜通道时间更短,术中出血量更少(P<0.05)。摆放体位前,两组血压、心率无明显差别(P>0.05);摆放体位后,两组心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);新式组摆放体位后舒张压、收缩压和传统组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组结石清除率、再手术率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相较于传统组,新式组术后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:对于采用经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的患者,为其摆放改良奔跑体位能取得满意成效,不仅缩短患者手术用时,改善临床指标,还能减少术中出血量,提升结石清除率,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application value of modified running position in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods:Sixty patients with kidney stones admitted to Qianhai Life Insurance Shaoguan Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were taken as the study objects.According to the order of patients'visits,they were divided into traditional group and new group,with thirty cases in each group.Both groups received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.In the traditional group,the surgical position was prone,while in the new group,the surgical position was modified running.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the traditional group,the operation time and intraoperative creation time of percutaneous nephroscopic channel in the new group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05);before placement,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05);after placement,there was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the new group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in stone clearance rate and reoperation rate between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the traditional group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the new group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy,the modified running position can achieve satisfactory results,not only shorten the operation time of patients,improve clinical indicators,but also reduce intraoperative blood loss,increase stone clearance rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.
