阿托伐他汀联合通心络治疗社区冠心病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Tongxinluo on Coronary Heart Disease in Community

目的:探究社区冠心病患者采用阿托伐他汀联合通心络治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年5月滕州市羊庄中心卫生院收治的冠心病患者68例作为研究对象,按照Excel表随机排序划分为对照组(34例,常规方案进行治疗)和观察组(34例,阿托伐他汀联合通心络进行治疗)。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者左室射血分数、心脏指数、心排血量水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-12、干扰素-γ水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯以及总胆固醇水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区冠心病患者采用阿托伐他汀联合通心络治疗,可以改善心功能,降低血脂以及炎性因子水平,有助于患者恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo treatment in patients with coronary heart disease in community.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Tengzhou Yangzhuang Central Health Center from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the Excel table,the patients were randomly divided into control group(34 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(34 cases,atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index and cardiac output in two groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-12 and interferon-γin 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride and total cholesterol in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo therapy can improve heart function,reduce blood lipids and inflammatory factors,and help patients recover.
