造口护理结合心理护理对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者的效果分析

Effect of Colostomy Nursing Combined with Psychological Nursing on Postoperative Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨结直肠癌术后结肠造口患者实施造口护理结合心理护理的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年4月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的64例直肠癌术后结肠造口患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施造口护理结合心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组造口相关自我效能评分、生活质量评分,心理状态评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌术后结肠造口患者实施造口护理结合心理护理,能够改善患者的心理状态,提高其自我效能与生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of colostomy nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients with postoperative colostomy for colorectal cancer.Methods:Sixty-four patients with postoperative colostomy for rectal cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with thirty-two cases each by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received ostomy nursing combined with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of ostomy-related self-efficacy,quality of life and psychological status in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colostomy nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve patients'psychological state,self-efficacy and quality of life.
