综合护理干预对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理效果的影响观察

Observation on the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Nursing Effect of Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的:观察综合护理干预对糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者护理效果的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年1月如皋市第三人民医院内科接收的DKA患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施综合护理干预,观察两组患者的血糖水平、酮症酸中毒症状纠正时间、尿酮体转阴时间以及并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,组间空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2 h PG)水平对比差异不大(P>0.05);护理后,研究组FPG、2 h PG均低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组的尿酮转阴时间、酮症酸中毒症状纠正时间均更短(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率2.94%与对照组的17.65%相比明显更低(χ~2=3.981,P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者开展综合护理干预更有利于患者的血糖水平控制,缩短患者酮症酸中毒症状纠正与尿酮体转阴时间,降低各类并发症的发生风险。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the nursing effect of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)patients.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with DKA received by the Department of Internal Medicine of Jiangsu Nantong Rugao Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group,each with thirty-four cases,using the randomized numerical table method.The control group implemented con-ventional nursing interventions,and the study group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions,observing the blood glucose level,the time of ketoacidosis symptoms correction,the time of urinary ketone body conversion,and the occurrence of complications in the two groups.Results:Before nursing care,there was little difference in the comparison of fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2-h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)levels between the groups(P>0.05);after nursing care,FPG and 2 hPG of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,urine ketone turnaround time and ketoacidosis symptom correction time of the study group were shorter(P<0.05);the complication rate of 2.94%was significantly lower in the study group compared with 17.65%in the control group(χ2=3.981,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis is more conducive to the control of patients'blood glucose level,shortens the time for the correction of ke-toacidosis symptoms and the conversion of urinary ketones to negative,and reduces the risk of various complications.
