中医护理对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响观察

Observation on the Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Compliance Behavior and Blood Glucose Control in Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的:在老年糖尿病患者中实施中医护理,探究其对患者遵医行为、血糖控制的影响。方法:研究对象为甘肃医学院附属医院收治的80例老年糖尿病患者,病例选取时间为2022年7月—2024年6月,随机将其均分为两组。对照组与观察组分别实施常规护理与中医护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:对照组遵医行为优良率为80.00%(32/40),观察组遵医行为优良率为97.50%(39/40)。与对照组相比,观察组的遵医行为优良率明显更高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组自我效能、健康行为、自护能力评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将中医护理应用于老年糖尿病患者中效果显著,能够有效改善患者的遵医行为,有效控制血糖水平,建议在临床上应用并予以推广。

Objective:To implement Chinese medicine nursing in elderly diabetic patients and investigate its effect on patients'compliance behavior and blood glucose control.Methods:The subjects of the study were 80 cases of elderly diabetic patients admit-ted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College,the cases were selected from July 2022 to June 2024,and were randomly di-vided into two groups.The control group and the observation group implemented conventional nursing and traditional Chinese medi-cine nursing respectively,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of medical compliance be-havior in the control group was 80.00%(32/40),and the excellent rate of medical compliance behavior in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40);compared with the control group,the excellent rate of medical compliance behavior in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);after nursing,the fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose lev-els of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);af-ter nursing,the scores of self-efficacy,health behaviors,and self-care ability of the two groups were higher than those before nurs-ing,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chi-nese medicine nursing in elderly diabetic patients has significant effect,which can effectively improve the patients'compliance be-havior and effectively control the blood glucose level,so it is recommended to be applied and popularized in the clinic.
