摘要
目的:分析营养健康教育在社区老年慢性病患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2023年3月于羊庄中心卫生院就诊的72例老年慢性病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予营养健康教育。对比两组患者干预前后的免疫功能、血糖和血压水平。结果:干预前,两组自然杀伤细胞、CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、血压水平和血糖水平对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,观察组免疫指标更高,血压和血糖水平更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:实施营养健康教育,可提高老年慢性病患者免疫力,使其更好地应对疾病刺激,同时降低血压和血糖水平。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nutrition health education in elderly chronic disease patients in community.Methods:A total of seventy-two elderly patients with chronic diseases who visited Tengzhou Yangzhuang Central Health Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-six cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given nutrition health education on the basis of the control group.The immune function,blood glucose and blood pressure levels before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of natural killer cells,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,blood pressure and blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the immune indexes of observation group were higher,blood pressure and blood glucose levels were lower,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nutrition and health education can improve the immunity of elderly patients with chronic diseases,make them better cope with disease stimulation,and reduce blood pressure and blood glucose levels.
