智慧+护理实习管理软件在护理实习教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Smart+Nursing Practice Management Software in the Teaching of Nursing Practice

目的:探讨智慧+护理实习管理软件在护理临床实习中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月湄洲湾职业技术学院300名护理实习学生进行研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,各150名。对照组应用常规管理方法,观察组应用智慧+护理实习管理软件。比较两组护考成绩、及格率、通过率。结果:使用智慧+护理实习管理软件的学生在理论成绩、临床实习满意度、及格率、优秀率均明显高于采用传统临床实习方法实习的学生(P<0.05)。结论:将智慧+护理实习管理软件应用于护理实习学生的临床实习中,能有效提升临床护理教学质量,提高学生的实习效果及护生的护士资格考试通过率,提高临床工作效率,掌握专业操作。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Smart+nursing practice management software in nursing clinical practice.Methods:Three hundred nursing internship students of Meizhouwan Vocational Technology College were selected for the study from June 2020 to June 2021,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,one hundred and fifty students each.The control group applied conventional management methods,and the observation group applied Smart+nursing internship management software.Compare the nursing examination results,pass rate and passing rate of the two groups.Results:The students who used the Smart+nursing internship management software had significantly higher theoretical scores,clinical internship satisfaction,pass rate,and excellence rate than the students who interned using traditional clinical internship methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Smart+nursing internship management software to the clinical internship of nursing internship students can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching,improve the effect of students'internship and the passing rate of nursing qualification examination of nursing students,improve the efficiency of clinical work,and master the professional operation.
