纤维桩修复与铸造金属桩核冠修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的效果比较

Comparison on Effect of Fiber Post and Cast Metal Post-Core Crown in Repairing Large Area Defect of Posterior Teeth

目的:比较纤维桩修复与铸造金属桩核冠修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年12月上海市静安区彭浦镇社区卫生服务中心和锦晖医疗美容门诊部收治的后牙牙体大面积缺损患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。观察组实施纤维桩修复,对照组实施铸造金属桩核冠修复。比较两组修复效果。结果:观察组修复成功率高于对照组(P=0.024)。修复后,两组咀嚼效能高于修复前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及C反应蛋白水平高于修复前,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.024)。结论:相较于铸造金属桩核冠修复,纤维桩修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的效果更好,可提高修复成功率,提高咀嚼效能,降低炎性反应。

Objective:To compare the effect of fiber post and cast metal post-core crown in the repair of large area defect of posterior teeth.Methods:A total of 90 patients with large area defect of posterior teeth admitted to Shanghai Jing'an District Pengpu Town Community Health Service Center and Jinhui Medical Aesthetics Clinic from November 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was repaired with fiber post,and the control group was repaired with cast metal post-core crown.The repairing effect was compared between two groups.Results:The success rate of repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).After the repair,the masticatory efficiency in the two groups was higher than that before the repair,and the masticatory efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the repair,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the two groups were higher than those before the repair,but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:Compared with cast metal post-core crown restoration,fiber post restoration has better effects in repairing large area defect of posterior teeth,and can increase the success rate of repair,improve the masticatory efficiency and reduce the inflammatory reactions.
