冷沉淀制备仪蠕动泵开启虹吸时间对冷沉淀质量的影响分析

摘要 目的:分析冷沉淀制备仪蠕动泵开启虹吸时间对冷沉淀质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月连云港市红十字中心血站储存的40袋(400 mL/袋)全血作为研究对象,随机分成实验一组和实验二组,各20袋。实验一组,分离出血浆,每袋血浆均分为2袋,分别纳入A组、B组;实验二组,分离出血浆,每袋血浆均分为2袋,分别纳入C组、D组。A、C组水浴融化5 min后开始蠕动虹吸,B组水浴融化13 min后开始蠕动虹吸,D组模拟手工水浴(融化30 min后)离心制备。结果:A组凝血因子Ⅷ、纤维蛋白原含量高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C、D组纤维蛋白原含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组凝血因子Ⅷ含量高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缩短融化时间及时形成虹吸可提高冷沉淀制备质量。 Objective:To analyze the influence of peristaltic pump starting siphon time of cold precipitation preparation instrument on cold precipitation quality.Methods:A total of 40 bags(400 mL/bag)of whole blood stored at Lianyungang Red Cross Central Blood Station in April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,with 20 bags in each group.In the experimental group 1,blood plasma was separated,and each bag of blood plasma was divided into 2 bags,which were included in group A and group B,respectively.In the experimental group 2,blood plasma was separated,and each bag of blood plasma was divided into 2 bags,which were included in group C and group D,respectively.In groups A and C,peristaltic siphoning initiated at 5 min after water bath thawing.In group B,peristaltic siphoning initiated at 13 min after water bath thawing.In group D,the manual water bath was simulated and the preparation was performed using centrifugal method(at 30 min after thawing).Results:The contents of coagulation factorⅧand fibrinogen in group A were higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fibrinogen content between group C and group D(P>0.05).The content of coagulation factorⅧin group C was higher than that in group D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shortening the thawing time and forming the siphon in time can improve the quality of cold precipitate preparation.
